AQUA at Westshore Yacht Club Secures $117M Construction Loan

The Westshore Group has secured $117 million in construction financing through S3 Capital Partners, paving the way for Phase 1 of AQUA at Westshore Yacht Club. The seventeen-story tower will feature 77 waterfront condominium residences in Tampa Bay, Florida, with construction already underway.

“Securing the construction loan on the heels of back-to-back hurricanes in Tampa was no easy feat,” said Carlos Avila, Director of Marketing for AQUA, who added, “ This loan highlights the continued desirability of Tampa Bay and the fact that in difficult weather circumstances, nothing compares to the peace of mind that a new, elevated condominium residence offers.”

Notably, while many areas faced challenges during Hurricane Helene & Milton, the Westshore Yacht Club community remained largely unaffected, further highlighting the desirability of this exceptional location.
