Nicole Pulcini has joined the highly successful Dale Sorensen Real Estate Brevard (DSRE) team of sales professionals.

Pulcini has called Florida home since the age of three living across the state in various locations and is now happy to call The Space Coast her new home. Previously a marketing leader in the human services and consulting industries, Pulcini specialized in brand management, social media marketing and content creation. When deciding to pursue a career in Real Estate, Pulcini knew her extensive background in marketing and communications would prove advantageous. Her creative marketing strategies ensure her listings stand out from the competition. Combining her many talents and skills, along with her experience in home staging, helps Pulcini to best position her sellers’ homes for the real estate market.

Pulcini enjoys an impeccable reputation of being patient, understanding, thorough, honest and knowledgeable. She excels at problem solving and is an adept negotiator. Pulcini has a natural ability to build relationships, earning the trust of her clients and making the real estate process a smooth one. All of her hard work and dedication paid off, and she earned the "Rookie of the Year" award in 2021 for a record number of transactions in her first year of real estate, selling 30 homes, totaling $10.4 Million, and, incredibly, almost doubled her sales in 2022.

Pulcini specializes in luxury homes, investment properties, fixer-uppers, single family homes and land for development. She is intimately familiar with all of Vero Beach’s private golf club communities, oceanfront condominiums and 55+ communities. She earned an associate’s degree in Zoo Science, a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Florida and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida.
