Atlanta's leader in luxury real estate welcomes 2024 with five high-profile accolades

Awards Range from Hall of Fame Induction to Corporate Citizenship and National Trade Newsmaker Nods

Harry Norman, REALTORS®, Atlanta and greater Georgia’s leader in luxury real estate, has achieved notable success within the first quarter of 2024 with a Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) Hall of Fame Induction, three RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker titles, and a win in Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2024 Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Awards. With five awards and recognitions within the first quarter of 2024, Harry Norman, REALTORS® is setting the stage for excellence within the real estate industry.

At the forefront is broker Shea Zimmerman, who was inducted into the GAR Hall of Fame on Tuesday, Feb. 6 as a part of GAR’s inaugural conference, which took place Feb. 5-8 at the Westin Peachtree Plaza. The Hall of Fame acknowledges and honors members of GAR who have demonstrated support for the organization for at least 30 years and have incredible influence in the real estate industry. Zimmerman’s history of rising through the ranks from Sales Associate to Managing Broker to Senior Vice President proves her knowledge and expertise, while her achievements and accolades exemplify her level of incredible influence extending beyond her immediate professional circle. Zimmerman is not the first member of Harry Norman, REALTORS® to be inducted, as she joins Harry Norman, Jr. himself, one of the first inductees in 2012.

“Serving on the GAR Forms Committee has given me excellent insight into the contracts utilized daily by agents and brokers,” said Zimmerman. “Upholding professional standards and the code of ethics has been primary in my focus for delivering exceptional service to clients and associates.”

For their impact and influence in the industry, RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers listed Harry Norman, REALTORS® Jenni Bonura, President and CEO, in the Luminaries category; Patty Webb, Associate Broker, as one of the industry’s Achievers; and Ashoo Sharma, Vice President and General Counsel, a force of change among the Crusaders. In 2023 alone, Bonura’s leadership navigated the company through the opening of two new office locations, the launch of a new innovative website employing the latest technology in AI and automation, and over $2.95 billion in volume sold. Webb received recognition for her outstanding understanding of the market and commitment to serving the community. She has represented diverse clients from all over the world – 49 countries in the last nine years – and was named NAHREP’s Top 100 Latino Real Estate Agents in 2023. Sharma champions groundbreaking policy shifts resulting in consumer protection processes and professional standards. She sits on the Georgia Commission on the Equal Opportunity advisory board and is an active member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber Racial Equity group.

Harry Norman, REALTORS® was also honored in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2024 Leaders in Corporate Citizenship Awards with Bonura named as Executive Champion – Large Company. ABC’s awards recognize individuals who show a strong commitment to corporate responsibility practices and are actively engaged in furthering those efforts across Georgia. Bonura has worked diligently to ensure the company continues to advance, overseeing the launch of the Impact Council, a group highly focused on giving back to communities through charitable efforts.
