Michael Saunders & Co. Names Chip Murphy as Executive Vice President of the Company

The Michael Saunders & Company real estate brokerage today announced the promotion of Charles “Chip” Murphy to Executive Vice President of the real estate firm. In his expanded role, Murphy will oversee all aspects of MSC’s residential brokerage and residential training program. In addition, Murphy will continue his existing leadership responsibilities in MSC Mortgage, MSC Title, MSC Insurance, Relocation & Business Development.

“Chip has been an integral part of our company over the past two-and-a-half years,” said MSC Founder and Chairman Michael Saunders. “He has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and a deep commitment to our strategic growth and innovation.”

A native of Upstate New York where he began his real estate career, Murphy is very active in the greater Sarasota community. He has held several board and committee positions for non-profit organizations and currently serves on the Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County’s Board of Directors. In 2018, Chip was named to the National Association of REALTORS and REALTOR Magazine's "30 Under 30", recognizing the country's 30 leaders in the real estate industry under the age of 30.

He was also named to SRQ Magazine’s “35 Under 35” and the Rochester Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.” His real estate expertise has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, USA Today, Mansion Global and RIS Media.
