Tiffany “Amber” Watson of Michael Saunders & Co. Selected to the NAR “Top 30 Under 30” List of Real Estate Agents Nationally

The Michael Saunders & Company is thrilled to announce that its own real estate agent Tiffany “Amber” Watson was named to the prestigious National Association of REALTORS (NAR) REALTOR Magazine “30 Under 30” list for 2025, ranking her among the country's top 30 leaders in the real estate industry under the age of 30.

The “Class of 2025” winners join a long line of real estate professionals whom the NAR recognizes and celebrates for making a significant impact in their communities, their industry and in the lives of their clients and customers.

“This is such a tremendous honor, and I am thrilled to represent the Michael Saunders & Co. organization in this recognition,” Watson said. “I am truly fortunate to have such a wonderful team of colleagues, mentors and leaders with vision in this firm supporting me and my clients every day.”

Age 29, Watson is a native of Tifton, Ga. and graduated from Brenau University in Georgia with a Bachelor of Science and then the University of Florida with a Master of Arts. Watson joined Michael Saunders & Co. in September of 2020 and she currently works from the company’s St. Armands Circle office, focusing on luxury real estate properties. In 2024 alone, Watson registered more than $14 million in real estate transactions, plus one pending transaction in 2025 that tops $8.5 million and took more than three years of careful negotiations to accomplish.

Beyond real estate, Watson is an active volunteer in the Sarasota community, serving as a student volunteer with the Special Olympics over the last six years, plus serving with the University of Florida Health Rehab Center for Kids, and the Tim Tebow Foundation.

“We are incredibly proud of Amber for being recognized among the most talented young professionals in our industry,” said Chip Murphy, Executive Vice President of Michael Saunders & Co. “Her drive and commitment to excellence set her apart in a highly competitive field. As a former '30 Under 30' awardee, I know how meaningful this honor is — it’s a true testament to the impact she’s making in both real estate and her community.”
